I’ve purchased my last 4 cars at Kia Country and do not plan on going anywhere else. The customer service is exceptional as is the selection. Will Hutchinson is easily the best I’ve ever worked with!

My first visit was in November where I met William as I was looking around for a new ride having previously own a Kia I wanted to continue with the brand. I told him I would be back in January to get a car. Upon returning William was on hand and walked me and my wife through the process. He was very professional and made us felt at ease and he was also attentive to our needs. I will say he’s a very good salesperson and would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from that dealership.

Everything was great! Loved working with our Sales Rep. William. The only negative was that the 2 rear tires have little tread left on them which is suspect for a car with only 15,000 miles on it. I find it hard to believe that was a standard for a Certified Pre Owned Car. Love the car!

I had a bad experience in October trading in my vehicle and then selling me a new Rio. I realized when I got home that the loan was upside down. I would like to say that I have worked it out with the Manager and it should be favorable to me when I turn in the car in a few weeks. I am appreciative of the willingness to take back the car and make it right for me. It has not happened yet, but do feel his written assurance it will work out. By the way, The Rio is a really nice car for its class and drives really well. I had been used to a SUV. Come in early January to see their stock if you are looking for a value oriented car that drives really well and has good mileage.

I had the most remarkable experience at Kia Country of Charleston. I initially had low expectations, considering the dealerships in Charleston are awful. If you’ve ever bought anything anywhere here, you know what I mean. I wasn't planning to buy from a dealership at all and only went to test drive the car I planned on buying through Carvana. I was prepared for another awful experience, however, Luis was an absolute game-changer. His kindness, patience, and genuine care were truly exceptional. He not only made the car-buying process stress-free but also enjoyable. He completely changed my mind about where to purchase. Isaac was also friendly and easy to work with too. It's clear that the entire team at Kia Country of Charleston is dedicated to ensuring their customers have a fantastic experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, especially if you have the privilege of working with Luis. He’s a rare gem in the car-buying world.

After driving two hours to Kia Country, the vehicle that I wanted just got sold. William, quickly apologized but then showed us other options.
